Step 2: Mix Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained zucchini with salt, and let it sit for about 10 minutes. This will draw out even more moisture. Afterward, add the flour, eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix everything until well combined.

Step 3: Heat the Oil
