  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing
  • 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3 large eggs, separated

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Step 1: Preheat the Oven
