  • Instructions:

    3. In a bowl, whisk together egg yolks and sugar until pale.
    4. Gradually add the cream to the egg mixture, straining out the vanilla bean.
    5. Pour the mixture into ramekins and place them in a baking dish filled with hot water.
    6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until just set. Cool and refrigerate.
