    • 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
    • 1 bottle of red wine (preferably Burgundy)
    • 200g lardons or diced bacon

    • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
    • Thyme, bay leaves, and salt

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the chicken in red wine with thyme, bay leaves, and garlic overnight.
