  • 4 large eggs
  • 100g sugar
  • 120g all-purpose flour
  • 300ml milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish and place the pitted cherries at the bottom. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, flour, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Pour the batter over the fruit and bake for 35-40 minutes. Serve warm for a delightful experience.
